Hello, thank you so much for being here. My name is Bo, and I am a registered social worker, mental health therapist, and an advocate!

Beyond my professional roles, I am the daughter of a first-generation immigrant family, where I often carried responsibilities beyond my years while also figuring out who I am. It can be confusing navigating different worlds - trying to balance family's expectations with your own values, identity and sense of self.

My hope is to offer a space where you don't have to choose between parts of yourself, your experiences are met with compassion, and your voice can exist without fear of judgement.
